good hotel, some minor issues

friendly staff excellent service slippery floors repetitive food
the staff were friendly. my room was cleaned and the mini bar was topped up daily. i was charmed by the good service from the girls making fresh ground coffee and iced coffee each morning! they even drew pictures on my cup.
The floors outside were slippery i noticed, i saw a lot of people fall over and this seemed dangerous. the food seemed very repetitive, breakfast, lunch and dinner had similar choices. I found it difficult to get a second drink, the waiters didn't come over again.

underwhelming stay, some issues

poor air conditioning food variety
i found a few things not so great. the air conditioning didn't work well at all, the room was too hot. it made it hard to sleep comfortably. also, the food got a bit boring, especially at lunch. there was not enough variety, i wanted more options.

great selection of foods good food selection coffee service comprehensive gym small lift expensive suncream long wait
the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of foods. i found the coffee, tea, and drink service with desserts to be nice. the gym had comprehensive facilities that my husband enjoyed.
the lifts were quite small. there were not many of them. during peak times, waiting became long. the hotel shop sold suncream for thirty euros which i found very expensive.
